Registration for GCWAS–2026 is confirmed only after successful receipt of payment. Participants will receive a confirmation email after the transaction is completed.
Participants must register under the correct category—Public Sector/Faculty/Start-ups/NGOs, Students/Research Fellows, Farmers, or Industry/Private Organizations. Organizers reserve the right to request ID proof at the venue.
All fees are charged as per the pricing structure displayed on the website. Prices are inclusive of participation in all scientific sessions, registration kit, proceedings, printed material, and hospitality during the conference.
Registration fees do not include accommodation charges.
For attendees bringing a companion, an additional fee of INR 3,000 (Indians) or USD 75 (Foreign Nationals) will apply
E-Certificates will be issued only to registered participants upon request.
All payments are processed securely through CC Avenue, a reputed PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.
