Since GCWAS–2026 involves advance planning, logistics, and venue arrangements, the following refund policy applies:
Payments once made for registration are non-refundable under any circumstances.
If a participant is unable to attend, they may nominate another person from the same organization after informing the organizers at least 7 days before the event.
In the unlikely event that the conference is postponed or cancelled by the organizers, the registration fee may be adjusted toward the rescheduled dates or refunded, as decided by the organizing committee.
In cases of duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded after verification, within 10–15 working days.
